USA Shipping
We offer a variety of shipping options for U.S. orders and charge exactly what we're charged—no markups or hidden fees. Rates vary based on your order's size, weight, and chosen shipping method. Just add an item to your cart to view your options.
All orders ship from New Jersey. Express and next-day orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (noon) ET for same-day shipping. Economy orders ship the next business day (our postal pickup is very early in the morning).
Shipping rates and options are shown at checkout based on your address. Delivery times are carrier estimates and may vary. If your overnight or 2-day shipment is delayed, we can only refund shipping if the carrier issues a refund.
International Shipping
If you’ve ordered from us before, you’ll notice that international shipping looks a little different this year — and that’s not by accident.
In 2025, changes in trade policy have significantly increased the cost of importing goods into the United States. To account for this, we’ve adjusted international pricing downward to reflect what we save by reclaiming U.S. import tariffs through a process called tariff drawback. This helps offset the additional taxes and duties you may owe when your order reaches your country. If you are in the USA, or if your order is shipping to and address in the USA, the prices are higher to offset these tariffs.
That said, shipping from the USA still comes with some important considerations.
Duties, VAT, and Import Fees
All international orders now ship under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means:
-
You are responsible for paying any import duties, VAT, or local taxes charged by your country.
-
These fees are not included at checkout.
-
Your local courier may request payment before delivery is completed.
-
If you decline to pay duties and the shipment is refused or returned, a refund will only be issued if the item is successfully returned to us—and it will be minus any return shipping costs and unrecoverable duties. In some cases, this may leave nothing to refund. Please also note that many unclaimed international shipments are destroyed by customs or the carrier. If this happens, any potential refund is forfeited.
If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you may be able to reclaim VAT or GST, depending on your country's tax policies. However, we cannot guarantee eligibility and do not assist with reclaim paperwork beyond providing a copy of your invoice—which does not include VAT.
We Trust You to Choose What Works Best
We’re not trying to mislead anyone — we’re just based in the United States, and you’re choosing to ship internationally. We know that our customers are thoughtful and informed. You understand that importing goods involves taxes and fees, and we trust that you’re prepared for those costs.
We work with a small network of international dealers who may be able to offer lower total costs — but not always. Sometimes local dealers don’t carry the product you’re looking for, or you may prefer ordering directly from us for availability, speed, or convenience. We support either choice and are happy to help you compare options.
Why We Moved Away From DDP
In the past, we occasionally offered Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. But over time, this became complicated:
-
Ongoing trade conflicts involving the USA created complications at customs in multiple regions. We’d charge VAT and duties upfront, but customers were sometimes asked to pay again before delivery—or were charged incorrectly.
-
Some customers couldn’t reclaim VAT because the invoice amount didn’t match what was actually paid, often due to currency conversions and fluctuations.
-
In some cases, adjustments to declared values were necessary to prevent duplicate charges, which created confusion.
-
Frequent changes in international tax policies made DDP harder to manage and less predictable.
To avoid delays and discrepancies, we’ve moved to DAP exclusively.
Shipping Options
FedEx International Priority
Fast delivery to most locations (2–3 business days, 4–5 for remote areas).
FedEx International Connect Plus (FICP)
A cost-effective option that’s just slightly slower (typically 1–2 days longer). Often avoids brokerage fees — though duties and VAT still apply.
USPS First Class International
Available for select low-cost items and destinations. Delivery is slower and tracking is limited, so we only offer this when appropriate.
Delivery Times & Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by customs processing or local disruptions. We’re happy to assist if a delay is caused by a carrier error and a refund is issued — otherwise, delays are out of our control and not eligible for reimbursement.
Freight Forwarders
You may use a freight forwarder, but please note:
-
Once the package reaches your forwarder, we consider the order delivered.
-
Forwarders often lose or mishandle packages.
-
Warranty coverage may be affected.
We recommend using a forwarder only if you’ve worked with them successfully before.
Final Notes
-
We’re based in the USA, and your country may charge import taxes.
-
We’ve reduced international pricing to help offset global costs and to remove the tariff-related price increase that applies to U.S. orders.
-
DAP shipping means you pay duties and VAT upon arrival — not at checkout.
-
We’re always happy to help compare dealer and direct options before you order.
Thank you for your trust, your support, and for being part of our global customer community.
