We want your order to get to you quickly, safely, and with as few surprises as possible. If you have a question that isn't covered here, get in touch — we're happy to help.
The basics
All orders ship from New Jersey. Express and Next Day orders placed before 2:00 PM noon ship the same business day. Economy orders ship the next business day, since our USPS pickup happens very early in the morning. Holidays and bank holidays are not business days and aren't counted in delivery estimates.
Shipping options
Economy Shipping: 3–8 days. Rate determined by location and weight.
Express Shipping: 2–3 days. Rate determined by location and weight.
2-Day Shipping: 2 days. Rate determined by location and weight.
Overnight Shipping: 1 day. Rate determined by location and weight.
Additional rates and service levels are displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and distance. All delivery times are carrier estimates and are subject to change.
PO Box and APO/FPO addresses: We'll use First Class Mail regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. First Class packages typically ship the next business day thanks to our early USPS pickup (before 10:00 AM).
Choosing your shipping method
We offer USPS Ground Advantage as our economy option because it's often the most affordable way to get your order to you, and for the vast majority of shipments it arrives right on schedule. A few things worth knowing before you choose:
- USPS delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Transit times can be affected by weather, volume surges, or local delays.
- An estimate is a range, not a target. A 3–8 day estimate means arrival anywhere in that window is on time. A delivery on day nine is one day outside the estimate — not a week late.
- USPS tracking is less detailed than FedEx or UPS. Scans are less frequent, and a package can go quiet for a day or two before the next update.
- Scan locations can look strange. It's not unusual for a package to scan in your hometown and then across the country the next day. In the overwhelming majority of cases, the package still arrives on time.
- If your order is time-sensitive, choose FedEx or UPS. These services move through prioritized networks with tighter delivery windows and more detailed tracking.
Because economy service is priced around a delivery range rather than a specific day, we're not able to issue shipping refunds on economy orders that arrive outside of the estimated window. Once a package has been handed off to USPS, the transit is in their hands.
For Express and Next Day shipments, if your package doesn't arrive within the carrier's estimated timeframe, we'll file for a refund on your behalf and pass it along whenever we qualify for one.
Address accuracy and lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, including apartment, unit, or suite numbers. You're responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Once a package has shipped, we generally can't redirect, recall, or reroute it — that's a carrier limitation, not a policy choice. Packages sent to an incorrect address, or returned as undeliverable, aren't something we're able to cover, and any reshipment costs will fall to the customer.
If a package appears to be genuinely stuck or missing, reach out and we'll do everything we can to help. We'll work with the carrier, open cases where appropriate, and keep you posted. We can't promise a specific outcome, but we'll put in the effort.
We try to be straightforward, reasonable, and quick to help when something goes sideways. If anything isn't adding up on your order, email us — there's a real person on the other end.
