Note: While Nano Tape leaves no adhesive residue, long-term use can cause subtle differences in surface appearance from oxidation or degassing. Covered areas may age differently than exposed ones, creating a faint outline unrelated to leftover adhesive.

What if my LED strip is 5 or 6 meters long? Is 3 meters of tape enough?

Absolutely. You don't need to tape the entire length of your bias light kit to get a secure hold. In fact, we recommend a "segment method" for the best results:

• Use 1-inch segments: Cut the tape into small pieces about 1 inch (2.5 cm) long.

• Space them out: Place one segment every 6 inches along your strip.

• Why this works: Nano tape is incredibly strong. Using a continuous line for a 6-meter project is unnecessary and actually makes the strip very difficult to remove later.

• Safe Removal: By using spaced-out segments, you get a rock-solid grip while ensuring you can still peel the strip back safely without damaging your bias light. 

One 3-meter roll is typically enough to mount up to two 5-meter LED strips!

If the tape gets dusty or loses its "tack" during installation, don't toss it.

• Clean: Run it under the sink with a little mild hand soap.

• Dry: Let it air dry completely.

• Restore: Once dry, the nano suction cup grip is fully restored and ready to be used again.
