USA Shipping
We offer a variety of shipping options for U.S. orders and charge exactly what we're charged—no markups or hidden fees. Rates vary based on your order's size, weight, and chosen shipping method. Just add an item to your cart to view available options and costs.
All orders ship from New Jersey. Express and next-day orders must be placed by 3:00 PM (noon) ET for same-day shipping. Economy orders ship the next business day (our postal pickup is very early in the morning).
Shipping rates and options are shown at checkout based on your address. Delivery times are carrier estimates and may vary. If your overnight or 2-day shipment is delayed, we can only refund shipping if the carrier issues a refund.
International Shipping
If you’ve ordered from us before, you may notice international pricing looks a little different this year. That’s on purpose.
For orders shipping outside the USA, we’ve reduced prices because we can reclaim U.S. import tariffs through the tariff drawback program. In other words, we’re not passing U.S. tariffs on to you.
You will still be responsible for any duties, VAT/GST, and local fees charged by your country when the shipment arrives.
For orders shipping to a U.S. address, prices are roughly 25% higher to partially offset U.S. tariffs.
Duties, VAT, and Import Fees
All international orders now ship under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means:
- You are responsible for paying any import duties, VAT, or local taxes charged by your country.
- These fees are not included at checkout.
- Your local courier may request payment before delivery is completed.
If you decline to pay duties and the shipment is refused or returned, a refund will only be issued if the item is successfully returned to us — and it will exclude any return shipping costs or unrecoverable duties. Some unclaimed shipments are destroyed by customs or the carrier, and refunds cannot be issued in those cases.
If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you may be able to reclaim VAT or GST depending on your country's tax policies. We can provide a copy of your invoice, but it does not include VAT, and we do not assist with reclaim paperwork.
We Trust You to Choose What Works Best
We’re not trying to mislead anyone — we’re just based in the United States, and you’re choosing to ship internationally. We know our customers are thoughtful and informed. You understand that importing goods involves taxes and fees, and we trust that you’re prepared for those costs.
We also work with a small network of international dealers who may offer lower total costs — but not always. Sometimes local dealers don’t carry the product you want, or you may prefer ordering directly from us for availability or speed. We support either choice and are happy to help you compare options.
Why We Moved Away From DDP
In the past, we occasionally offered Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, but over time this became impractical:
- Trade conflicts and customs policy changes caused unpredictable double-charging or incorrect VAT collection.
- Currency fluctuations and mismatched invoices created reclaim issues for customers.
- Adjustments to declared values were sometimes required, causing confusion.
- Frequent changes in international tax law made DDP harder to manage and less reliable.
To prevent these issues, we now ship under DAP exclusively.
Shipping Options
- FedEx International Priority: Fast delivery to most locations (2–3 business days, 4–5 for remote areas).
- FedEx International Connect Plus (FICP): A cost-effective option, typically 1–2 days longer, often avoiding brokerage fees (duties and VAT still apply).
- USPS First Class International: Sometimes available for select lightweight items and destinations. Delivery is slower and tracking is limited, so we only offer this when appropriate.
Delivery Times & Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by customs processing or local disruptions. We’re happy to assist if a carrier refund is issued due to an error or delay, but other delays are beyond our control and not eligible for reimbursement.
Freight Forwarders
You may use a freight forwarder, but please note:
- Once the package reaches your forwarder, we consider the order delivered.
- Forwarders sometimes lose or mishandle packages.
- Warranty coverage may be affected.
We recommend using a forwarder only if you’ve worked with them successfully before.
Final Notes
- We’re based in the USA, and your country may charge import taxes.
- International pricing has been reduced to help offset global costs and tariff-related adjustments.
- DAP shipping means duties and VAT are paid upon arrival — not at checkout.
- We’re always happy to help compare dealer and direct options before you order.
Thank you for your trust, your support, and for being part of our global customer community.
